Layla has lived in the area all her life but she has been to over 40 states and loves to travel. 

She has been involved in the theater for many years and she loves volunteering at the Historic Wilson Theater and singing with the Oakley Valley Arts Council.  She is excited for the opportunity to bring something new and fun to the area

Jeff is a dedicated historian and warrior poet with a passion for Scottish, Irish, and Viking history and culture. As a board member of the Southern Idaho Renaissance Faire, he hopes to bring a knowledge of Gaelic martial arts, and ancient storytelling traditions to enhance the faire’s immersive experience. Jeff is also the Chief of Police for the City of Rupert, an instructor in law enforcement training, and an advocate for preserving and sharing historical traditions through immersive experiences.

Lacey is a wife, mother, registered nurse, performer, and dedicated member of the SIREN family.  Lacey has always enjoyed the performing arts and has participated in productions including The Music Man, My Turn on Earth, Grease, and Juvy. Her love of the stage and community involvement eventually led her to SIREN.  Serving as a board member, Lacey is helping support and grow the organization she has come to love. Lacey is passionate about bringing people together, creating memorable experiences, and giving back to her community.

Josh is a loyal husband, father of 5, and a cybersecurity and professional services leader. Based in South Central Idaho, Josh is an Idaho transplant that has a deep passion for the Renaissance Faire and is dedicated to helping it grow as a vibrant, community-centered event. He brings leadership, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to enriching local performing arts culture through his service on the board.

Kristi Pugh

 Kristi Pugh has been a licensed social worker since 1995 and has served at Minidoka Memorial Hospital for almost 2 decades. She also served on the Burley High School Band Booster Board for many years, demonstrating her commitment to community and youth programs. In 2025 Kristi performed on stage for the first time in the play Drinking Habits. She’s been married to her husband Paul for 29 years and they have two sons in college; one is studying music education and the other is studying theater arts. Kristi remains dedicated to collaboration, thoughtful leadership, and supporting Southern Idaho Renaissance Faire’s mission.

Richard Wadsworth

 Richard Wadsworth is a husband, father of seven, board-certified psychiatrist, author, theatre director, and lifelong fan of anything involving swords. He has spent years in the performing arts as an actor, director, writer, producer, choreographer, and backstage crew member in more than 20 productions. His many interests include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, archery, music, leatherworking, and other creative pursuits. Richard loves the history, storytelling, craftsmanship, combat, theatre, and community of the Southern Idaho Renaissance Faire and enjoys bringing his family along for the adventure whenever possible.
